Tip #49 Practice, Practice, Practice…

Brain research shows that neurons that fire together wire together. In other words, when you practice, the nerves in the brain actually start networking and developing patterns so that movements become more automatic. Consistency and practice are the key elements for success. Create a schedule for when you do your work, practice and play. Without structure, you may flounder and never get anything done. Then you are back to the frustration and struggles. What happens when you consistently practice the See It. Say It. Do It!® process? It’s transformation time.
