AOA with the generous support of Hoya Vision Care, held a great multi-disciplinary vision summit in Washington DC in April 2011. I was honored to have been chosen as one of the 50 summit attendees as the representative of COVD. 26 different agencies has signed on to the joint statement regarding the importance of comprehensive vision exams (not screenings) for children.
