I had the honor of hosting 31 Doctors of Optometry and vision therapists who were preparing for their COVD certification (FCOVD, COVT) next week. The intention for this meeting was to provide an experience of relaxation, healing and confidence. Utilizing #visualization and guided imagery, participants reported “feeling more relaxed, just what I needed, overwhelming sense of calm and more.”
Thanks to COVD and the IECB for all their hard work and efforts in this most important certification process.
I wish all the participants the best of luck so that they may be inspired and empowered to live their lives through the lens of clarity, confidence and purpose.
