Try these two activities with your kids to help them relax (and you too!). Relaxation is one of the key ingredients to great visualizing.

The second activity is called “Belly Breathing.” This is like the more natural breathing of babies and sleeping adults. It is very useful when you are in stressful situations; such as taking a test, or getting a shot, or dealing with physical symptoms like muscle tension or headaches.
