Dr. Lynn Hellerstein of Vision Beyond Sight speaks with Michael J. Kline, The Enoughness Guy – TEDx Speaker, Transformational Retreat Leader and Vice President at The RIM Institute, to talk about enoughness and RIM (Regenerating Images in Memory). Does time heal all wounds? No, it doesn’t! Old, stuck emotions can direct your current decisions, behaviors and beliefs, and talking about the negative things only provide fleeting validation. Recognize that you are enough in order to find your path to clarity, genuine connection, and unshakable confidence. Through RIM, cut through the noise of all the talk and logic, and tackle and dissolve the root cause of the issues holding you back. There are no small traumas, and you can face your trauma by turning them into a real, tangible thing that your brain can handle. Mike even provided a free and easy-to-follow sample RIM session in the show!

About Michael J. Kline:
Ever wonder how to write the perfect bio? Michael J. Kline used to struggle with that—constantly comparing his story to others that seemed more impressive. But he realized that most bios are just about proving we’re enough. Mike believes that true enoughness starts with admitting that, sometimes, we don’t feel like we are—and that’s just part of being human.
Mike’s journey began in a junkyard (yes, really), the 11th of 12 children born into poverty to an abusive alcoholic father. After losing his mother to cancer at the age of 7, he and 3 siblings were raised by an emotionally abusive aunt and uncle where he learned an important lesson: resourcefulness is more powerful than resources. Despite these challenges, he climbed the corporate ladder, turned around struggling businesses, and launched six successful ventures.
Even with all of these achievements, Mike still struggled to feel like he was enough. No matter how many scholarships he earned or how much professional success he found, that deep sense of inadequacy followed him. It wasn’t until he dove deep into emotional healing that he began to uncover his true self-worth.
Today, Mike is a Certified Barrett Consultant, Jack Canfield Trainer, Master RIM Facilitator, and co-owner of a retreat center in Costa Rica. He dedicates his life to helping others break free from the same feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt that once held him back. Whether he’s leading transformative retreats or trekking through jungles and cloud forests, Mike is living proof that anyone can go from junkyard to joy.
Mike believes that most of the world’s suffering comes from people not feeling like they’re enough. His mission is to help others discover their enoughness and find fulfillment beyond external success.
Today he lives in Sarasota, FL, with his husband, Sal, and their Labradoodle, Luke.

Join The Enoughness Hour – these are free events on Zoom, where we do a group RIM journey, and they’re always a little different – they are unscripted, and we usually have an opportunity for people to share if they wish, or not. It is a facilitated experience, but each person closes their eyes and goes on their own journey regardless of what I say. We trust that once you did in your own inner resourcing knows exactly what’s needed – so it’s different than meditation, or guided imagery, but its in that realm, but I would say easier and everyone can do it – in fact you can’t do it wrong. So register for that to get an email with the Zoom link and reminders on the mornings of the event. You can come to all of them or drop in when you like.
“‘Time heals all wounds.’ No, it doesn’t! That’s just not true. Does it help? Maybe the pain fades a little. We sort of move on except for when we don’t. The thinking part of our brain is constantly searching for evidence that loves to validate and makes sense of things so it will use your failed soufflé as proof that your mother was right and you’ll never be any good at this. It will look for something to prove our negative belief.” – Michael J. Kline
