    Focus difficulties on top of minor cataracts following 2 concussions June 10 and Nov 26, 2015. Document shuffling became an unbearable challenge, since I was rear ended in the June incident. The Thanksgiving Day concussion resulted from a fall–slipping on the black ice that blanketed my neighborhood that day.

    Do you accept medicare assignment?
