    Your book sounds great! You’re totally right about how training peripheral vision and other important aspects of vision using certain exercises will improve sports performance. The whole goal of vision is better perception of the world around us, and the more we can perceive, the better decisions and more precise movements we can make when playing sports. These types of vision training actually can improve visual acuity (focus) too, and the sharper the vision, the easier time the brain has in sorting things out. When one part of visual perception is improed, the whole visual system works better
