#42 Sports Vision Training – Power of #Visualization

“My team’s first game this season was against a team that we hadn’t beaten for over five years.  My captain had us close our eyes and imagine ourselves working together, building strong defensive walls, making the perfect hit to let our jammer out, racing out of the pack, catching back up to score points, and doing everything it would take to win the game. She let us focus on each scenario for a moment, imagining it and making it our own. At the end of it, I felt calm, centered, and completely capable. It was also a great moment of team connection. After that, we took the track feeling strong and ready, and sixty minutes of playtime later, we had beaten that other team for the first time in over five years.”
